Mr. Adegoke Mustapha Fayoade an Assistant Inspector General of Police in charge of the Zone 2, Police Zonal Command Headquarters, Onikan in Lagos and the Personnels participated in a capacity-building lecture on Emotional Intelligence and Effective Cohesive Team Building.
The session was facilitated by Dr. Karockas Watkins of Vision Excellence Global of the United State of America alongside his Africa-based team. The lecture focused on key themes such as self-leadership, personality types, organizational effectiveness, and trust building. These areas equip officers with the ability to understand diverse human behaviours, manage interpersonal relationships more effectively, and enhance self-awareness in alignment with global best practices.
